Nya Marquez - Spa Coordinator
Nya Marquez is the Spa Coordinator at AlecXander Medical Spa, where she takes pride in making every patient’s visit a smooth, welcoming, and truly amazing experience. With two years in the medical spa field and four years of social media management, she blends organization, creativity, and strong communication skills. In 2024, she proudly overcame cancer, an experience that gave her resilience and compassion that inspires her daily. Outside of work, Nya enjoys singing, writing, and producing her own music, as well as spending time with her sweet Basset Hound, Peaches. She is also joyfully planning her upcoming wedding, adding even more excitement to this new chapter in her life.
Shanna Robertson – Medical Esthetician
Shanna Robertson has been a valued member of the AlecXander Medical Spa team since 2005. Her journey began as a patient, seeking solutions for persistent acne. With Stacy's customized treatment plan and expert care, Shanna regained her confidence—an experience that sparked her passion for skincare. Inspired to help others in the same way, she went on to graduate from esthetics school and became a licensed medical esthetician. Now with over 15 years of experience, Shanna is dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. She continues to love being part of the AlecXander team, working collaboratively to deliver the life-changing results patients deserve.
Medical Aesthetician, Dawn Monti
Dawn Monti is a proud boy mom and a passionate Aesthetician who loves helping clients look and feel their best. She believes all skin can improve with the right goals and consistent care—wrinkles soften, brown spots fade, and redness can diminish over time.
A graduate of the HEB Chamber Leadership Program and member of Women in Leadership Development (WILD), Dawn stays active in her community and professional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her son at wrestling matches, traveling, and discovering the best restaurants across the DFW metroplex.
Owner and Medical Aesthetician, Stacy Peña
Stacy created AlecXander Cosmeceuticals , an all-natural botanical product line, to provide her clients with an alternative to products tainted with dies and fragrances. Her line is pharmaceutical grade and packed with anti-oxidants and alpha and beta hydroxy acids which rejuvenate maturing skin. She has helped countless people regain lost confidence in their appearance. Stacy has owned her own practice for a decade and is an expert in her field.
A life-long Texan, Stacy is a wife, mother, and businesswoman. Her extended family includes patients that recognize the commitment to health and well-being that Stacy brings to her work. Stacy is invested in her clients and their overall wellness. With the AlecXander product line, Stacy has changed the way that people look at skin care – natural solutions for healthier skin.
